Please be advised, effective May 1, 2012, the visiting hours and number of visits permitted to each offender per month will change at several medium and minimum security facilities.
You should familiarize yourself with the Visitation Rules that govern behavior of inmates and visitors.
After the initial 30-day period, and at 30-day intervals thereafter, such offenders may submit written requests to the warden for removal of the restriction.Visitors and offenders may submit written requests to the warden or an assistant warden for additional or extended visits.Offenders confined in disciplinary segregation status are allowed 2 visits per calendar month with only 1 occurring on any weekend.Visits for offenders who are confined in disciplinary segregation who are designated as extremely high escape risks are limited to 1 hour.Offenders who are confined in disciplinary segregation status as a result of a serious staff assault shall only be allowed attorney and clergy visits.
This restriction shall be initially imposed for 30 days.
